Tasting Note

This Falanghina del Sannio 'Aicon' 2023 is like a breath of fresh Italian air. Bright and zesty, it greets you with aromas of juicy pear, zippy citrus fruits, and a whisper of delicate florals. On the palate, it’s crisp and refreshing, with a clean mineral streak that keeps it lively. The finish is all about that zippy acidity - perfect for cutting through rich dishes or simply sipping on a sunny day.

Try this with Spaghetti alle vongole, Parmigiana di melanzane or Frittata with asparagus.
