Tasting Note

This eye-catching bottle is something a bit different, and if you are looking for something a little sweeter it might just be for you. It has a bold, bright, deep purple hue leading to a cherry and red berry fruit aroma with a floral and spicy hints. Soft and juicy on the medium-bodied palate with ripe coating tannins. They suggest serving it chilled and we'd agree. 

This spritzy red is ready to be enjoyed with barbecued ribs, your favourite pizza, and a selection of cheeses!

This off-dry semi sparkling Austrlalian red is a good bit of fun. It does pretty much exactly what you'd expect, especially chilled, and really stands out. It's made by De Bortoli who have strong sustainability credentials. Ideal for a Barbecue.

The harvesting of fruit fort this wine is timed to achieve a balance between freshness of fruit, as well as ripeness of tannins. Fermented on skins for 7 days at 23-27°C.
