Pale lemon in colour, it shows refined aromas of citrus zest, green apple, white peach and a cool, stony note typical of top Chablis Premier Cru sites. On the palate, this Chablis is precise and layered, with bright citrus fruit, subtle orchard flavours and a firm backbone of acidity shaped by the Kimmeridgian limestone soils. Under Fabien Moreau’s meticulous organic farming and parcel-by-parcel approach, the domaine has become a benchmark for terroir-driven Chablis, producing wines that combine crystalline precision with texture and longevity. Severe frost and hail have made production in recent years extremely limited, meaning allocations of these wines are always highly sought after.
