Peccavi ‘No Regrets’ Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is a crisp, expressive blend that shows off everything we love about the classic Margaret River style. Pale lemon in colour, it opens with generous aromas of passionfruit, ripe nectarine, tropical guava and a lift of citrus – hallmarks of its Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon mix. On the palate, it’s bright and dry with lively flavours of stone fruit, zesty citrus and tropical fruit, supported by refreshing natural acidity. The finish is clean, pure and mouthwatering. Peccavi is a small boutique estate on the Yallingup ridge in northern Margaret River, widely regarded as one of the region’s ‘sweet spots’ for premium white wines. The team work with Bordeaux clones planted on ancient granite soils, encouraging deep root systems that bring natural concentration and a subtle mineral edge to the wines. Everything here is estate grown, hand-picked and handcrafted, with a focus on purity, balance and aroma complexity – a philosophy that has earned Peccavi a 5 Star Winery rating from James Halliday and acclaim from critics worldwide.

How it’s made:

• Varieties: 59% Sauvignon Blanc, 41% Semillon
• Grapes grown on deeper sandy clays with large canopies to preserve freshness and aromatics
• Fruit de-stemmed and crushed straight to press for clean, cold juice extraction
• Cool fermentation in stainless steel to retain vibrant fruit character
• Matured on lees in tank with regular stirring for several months to build texture; no oak used
