Shafer, Relentless 2019

Get to know: Shafer, Relentless 2019

Tasting Note

Shafer Relentless 2019 is a bold and complex wine that’s bursting with character. Rich aromas of black cherry, blackberry, and toasted cedarwood invite you in, followed by hints of white pepper and charcuterie. On the palate, it’s a powerhouse of flavours - blueberry, black tea, and a touch of crushed cocoa nibs linger on a long, luxurious finish, balanced by a zing of blood orange acidity.

Perfect with hearty dishes like slow-cooked beef, lamb shanks, or a smoky barbecue feast.

Kate Says

"Relentless by name, relentless by nature! This wine is unapologetically bold and luxurious. It’s one of those reds that wraps you in a velvety hug with every sip. If you’re after something to impress or just want to spoil yourself, this is your go-to bottle."
